Job responsibilities
- Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability lab testing, live testing
- Adapt product experiences to different audiences based on their needs and the devices they use.
- Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross‐functional team
- Create and facilitate an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UX principles.
- Continuously maintain a high awareness of market/competition UX design, and overall design of our unannounced product details.
Education & experience
- Experience of using iterative prototyping and user testing to inform and refine interaction designs
- Experience of implementing brand guidelines
- 8+ years designing Web-based transactional products (i.e., e-commerce, banking, ) and large-scale consumer websites
- Must be self-motivated, user experience oriented and a strong team player
- Must have an online portfolio or samples of recent web and mobile related work (i.e., mockups, prototypes, specifications, guidelines)
